The Summer-Care Program operates on weekdays, as listed below:
**Monday through Friday: 7:30 am-5:30 pm / June 12th through August 25th**

You may schedule your children’s care by choosing one of the following options:

Your Responsibility
Consistent Regular Your child/ren will be attending regularly with the same or similar schedule each week. Indicate on the initial schedule your typical child care needs. Fill out initial registration schedule with days of week and time of drop- off & pick-up for each day. Flexible Weekly Your child will attend regularly, but days and times may vary. Weekly, submit schedules by 6pm the Wednesday before attendance. Fill out initial registration schedule with days of the week and time of drop-off &pick-up for each day. As Needed Sporadically throughout the summer. Submit your schedule needs by 6pm the Wednesday before attendance. Fill out initial registration. Please notify us no later than 6:00 pm 3 days prior to the day of attendance.
If changes occur in your schedule, please notify us 3 days prior to change or you may be charged.

- Registration and Supplies Fee
Cost
- $21.60 daily
- $3.60 per hour
- $25.00 (one-time fee)
Field Trip fees will be assessed at the time of event

Missed Payment Late Fee
- Paid before due date of next billing cycle $5
- No payment
- Late Pick-up After 6pm
Late Fee
- $5.00
- $10.00 each week without payment
- $1/minute up to 30 minutes

Billing will be generated on a weekly basis and payment for your childcare account must be paid in full. Payments are due on Fridays following your child’s attendance. Payments are due by the date listed on your statement. If not paid on time, late fees will be applied.
